Ragdoll Launcher, Orbit Kick, and Perfect Orbit all belong to the same physics-based arcade game genre. It focuses on controlling force and trajectory to achieve maximum distance or score.
Ragdoll Launcher uses a force-aiming and timing mechanism, utilizing inertia. Players don't control the character's free movement but mainly influence a crucial moment when shooting the character into the air. The physics system then largely determines the character's subsequent movement.
In addition, Ragdoll Launcher is highly addictive thanks to its familiar gameplay loop: play, earn points/money, upgrade, and then play again to break records. This is typical of hyper-casual arcade games: easy to learn but difficult to achieve high scores.
This is the most important upgrade, directly affecting the cannon's firing power. Increasing Power allows the ragdoll character to fire at a higher speed, achieving greater distances from the start. In the early stages, you should prioritize upgrading this to quickly break records and earn more money.
When you have upgraded enough or reached certain milestones, the game will allow you to level up. Leveling up usually increases overall effectiveness, unlocks new stats, or significantly improves existing upgrades. The higher the level, the higher the upgrade cost, but the rewards are also greater.
You shoot the character with this cannon by clicking the mouse. However, it's not simply a matter of clicking; you need to aim to achieve maximum distance for the character.
At the start of the game, the cannonball containing the character will move continuously from side to side. Shooting with the cannonball pointing directly to the center will achieve the perfect shot, sending the character flying the furthest. The more you shoot to the sides, the shorter the distance the character will fly because they will be flying diagonally. Furthermore, tall buildings and other obstacles will hinder the character's flight path. Therefore, try to make as many shots as possible that hit the center!
