Launch Flip Rush to take control of your character, performing acrobatic flips and executing perfect landings. A multitude of levels await your conquest.
Flip Rush features the following technical requirements:
The character performs backflips starting from a standing position, facing away from the landing zone. This creates a sense of high-stakes adventure, as you must precisely gauge your momentum and rotation to complete a full flip and land with maximum accuracy.
The landing zones in Flip Rush are represented by a series of concentric square outlines, ranging from small to large. At the very center lies a circular target—the perfect spot. If you manage to land your character directly on this central point, you will receive the maximum possible score. Conversely, the further your landing position deviates from the center, the lower your bonus score will be.
This demands extreme precision for every jump. Landing within the smaller, inner squares typically yields higher bonus points but is also more difficult to execute. This element creates a dynamic balance between risk and reward.
After flipping through the air, the character must land on both feet. This adds an extra layer of challenge to every flip in Flip Rush. If even just one of the character's feet lands outside the designated square, you will not receive any bonus points. The character may fall—whether landing on their back or stomach—without penalty; your score is determined solely by the position of your feet upon landing.
The controls for this game are quite similar to those of Ragdoll Flip:
Press and hold the left mouse button to have your character lower their center of gravity—bending their knees and crouching down—to build momentum. The deeper the crouch, the higher the resulting jump will be; therefore, strive to adjust your preparatory stance for optimal lift-off.
Once ready, release the mouse button to launch your character into the air. Next, once the character has launched high enough to perform a flip, press and hold the left mouse button to initiate the rotation. Continue holding until he has completed one full revolution, then release the button to let him land.
